FEE SCHEDULE
- Discounted Fee – From 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 11 September 2024 to 08:00am AEDT Sunday 1st December 2024
- Standard Fee – From 08:00am AEDT Sunday 1st December 2024 to 5:00pm AEDT Monday 10 February 2025
- Late Fee – From 5:00pm AEDT Monday 10 February 2025 to race start
- You can enter online right up until race start. Please enter at home before you attend registration or enter on your phone.
- Postage – If you selected to have your race plate posted (extra fee), this will be sent out to you on Monday 3 February 2025- no need to attend registration!
- Race changes – can be made until 08:00am Tuesday 18th February 2025, after this time, changes will need to be made in person at race registration. A $10 fee will be incurred.

*Adaptive cycle entrants will receive a free parking pass on the oval that will have a flat area and sufficient space to load/unload and prepare for their race

Field Limits
There is a strict field limit of 2550 entries, comprising a maximum of 1,000 entries for the Otway Odyssey, 800 entries for the Otway Shorty, 500 for the Otway Rookie and 250 entries for the Otway Pioneer.
